4 point inspection Mitigation Inspections - can cover roof or shutter, or both.  A roof or shutter only mitigation inspection is $100.  A complete wind mitigation inspection is $150.   These inspections are required by the insurance companies prior to receiving a discount.  Billings will perform the inspection and complete the Uniform Mitigation Verification Inspection Form (OIR-B1-1802).  You will receive a copy at the time of inspection with a copy faxed an insurance agent.  Billings will also retain copies of the report for future reference.

boca raton New Home Builder warrantee Inspection  - Most new home builders offer a 1 year warrantee from the date of purchase.  Billings can perform a 4 point inspection, starting at $150, and prepare a final punch list prior to the expiration of your warrantee.
delray beach Four Point Inspection  - Some insurance companies require a 4 point inspection for homes 35 years or older.  A complete 4 point inspection is $150.00 and faxed to your agent.
